CB250 is a general purpose thixotropic paste adhesive ideal for bonding ABS, PVC, acrylic, styrene, metals, woods, and ceramics. It features high shear, peel, and impact strength with a fast cure at room temperature. Fills gaps from .003" - .125". CB250 is packaged in a 1:1 cartridge and is recommended for installation of Click Bond adhesive-bonded fasteners.
CURE: Cure Time @ 75°F (24°C): 30 minutes to handling strength; 2 hours to 90% of ultimate strength; 24 hours to full cure.
Working Time at 75°F (24°C): 5 minutes.
STORAGE: Store CB250 below 72°F (22°C) in a dry place when not in use. Refrigerated storage is recommended for maximum shelf life. DO NOT FREEZE.
SHELF LIFE: CB250 has a shelf life of 2 months when stored in the original package at 72°F (24°C). Shelf life can be extended to six months by refrigeration at between 35°F and 50°F (2°C and 10°C).
