Acme tools are used for very hard parent materials to help install the insert. We offer variety of tools both manual and pneumatic based tools.
Pneumatic Insert Power Tool for Keylocking Inserts speeds the installation of Acme inserts, precisely torquing them into the base material and then driving the keylocks into place.
A single button operates the tool. The tool installs inserts from M5 to M12 and #10 to ½” inside diameter.
Each size requires a specific nose assembly tip. Tool and tips need to be ordered separately.
