PANDOR® sleeve protects hole from fastener insertion wear and working, corrosion in metallics, and moisture intrusion in composites. Repairs damaged holes, allowing use of nominal bolt. Disposable fixturing provides sleeve depth control and clamp-up during adhesive cure.
HEAD STYLE: 100° Tension Head
SIZES: Inside diameters to provide clearance fit with Imperial size bolts in diameters from 08 (.164") to 3/8" (.375"). Outside diameter represents first oversize condition for nominal fastener diameter.
MATERIALS: Sleeve is A-286 CRES Stainless Steel, optionally annealed.
FEATURES: Available with elastic fixture, depth control ring, and retainer, or no fixture.
