CB4001 - Composite-Base Locking-Thread Standoff

SIZES: Imperial thread sizes from 6-32 (.138"-32) to 10-32 (.190"-32), and metric thread sizes from M3 to M5. Standard baseplate diameter 1.25", with optional 0.75" X 1.25" trimmed baseplate. Standoff lengths from 0.312" through 1.500", and metric lengths from 10,0mm through 35,0mm.

MATERIALS: Baseplate materials include Carbon/Epoxy and Glass/Epoxy, and Glass and Carbon filled PEI and PEEK Thermoplastics. Standoff is Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, 300 Series Stainless Steel, A-286 Stainless Steel, or Titanium. Optional epoxy primer on bonding surface. 

FEATURES: Locking thread provided by MS21209 or NAS1130 thread insert.
